SetNTdate - Remote Windows NT clock reader (and local setter)

Description:getNTdate is a program that can retrieve the time from another Windows NT machine on your network. setNTdate calls getNTdate then converts the date into the correct format and sets the date. It is not super accurate; get xntpd if you are really worried about milliseconds. (from rpm description)
